PADI Open Water Certification Courses
PADI Open Water Certification Courses consists of three (3) parts.
(1) Diving Knowledge - Class Room.
In this part of the courses you will learn the core knowledge needing to scuba dive safely.
(2) Confined Water Training - Swimming Pool
In this part of the courses you will learn the techniques needed to scuba dive safely.
(3) Open Water Checkout - Lake / Ocean
This is the part that you get to demonstrate all the knowledge and techniques that you have learned.
After completing all 3 parts of the PADI Open Water Certification Courses you will be certified for life. It is always recommended to do a scuba refresher every 6 months to keep current on your skills.

Below is a list of pre-scheduled classed if one of these classes does not fit your schedule or if you do not see a class listed, that you would like to take please contact us and we will be more than happy to set up a private class just for you. We can doing classes at our location, or if you have a pool or location that would work better for you let us know and we can travel you to. We do offer group discounts as well.

PRICE $405
This price includes books, classroom, equipment rental and pool training. Like always, with Oxford Scuba, we do NOT require you to purchase any equipment for any of our classes. Class Location This class will be at Miami University Rec Center in Oxford Ohio. Additional Information To become a certified "PADI Open Water Scuba Diver", you will need to do a PADI Open Water Checkout Dive, in addition to this class. The PADI Open Water Checkout Dive consists of four dives over two days. These checkout dives can be purchased locally, through us, and the prices are determined by location. You can also choose to do these dives at your vacation destination, you would have to check with that dive shop for their prices. |
